Please join us for the EFC CEO Strategic Planning Meeting, scheduled for November 21-22, 2024 at the Perry Lane Hotel in Savannah, GA. During this meeting, EFC Voting members are invited to evaluate EFC’s accomplishments and progress toward achieving strategic goals in 2024, identify priorities and strategic initiatives for 2025, and provide input to direct EFC’s strategic plan for 2025-2027. This is your opportunity to guide the future of the association as we plan out how to best serve you and the needs of your organization in the upcoming year and beyond.
Thursday morning will begin with an open meeting of the EFC Board of Directors, followed by the two-day CEO Strategic Planning Meeting. Attire is Business Casual.
Hotel Reservations
Hotel room reservations can be made directly with the Perry Lane Hotel to ensure you receive the special room rate of $279 per night, plus applicable tax. Reservations must be made prior to the cutoff date of October 29, 2024.

In-room Wi-Fi is complimentary, and any hotel or resort fees, or other types of fees are waived. Once EFC’s room block is full, or after October 29, 2024, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis. Please only reserve the number of rooms that you will be using as cancelling rooms on or after the cut-off date prevents other members from receiving the EFC group rate and may lead to penalties for EFC. EFC’s room block dates apply from November 19-23, 2024.
Meeting Registration Cancellation, Refund, and Complaint Policy
All registration cancellations requests must be made in writing (e-mail is acceptable) to Meghan Lustig at meghanl@efc.org. Full refunds will be provided for cancellation requests made on or before October 29, 2024. Requests made after October 29, 2024, but before November 14, 2024 will receive a 50 percent refund, and requests made on or after November 14, 2024 are not eligible for a refund even if the registrant does not attend the conference. There is no cancellation fee.

EFC members must be logged-in or enter a recognized e-mail to register for this event. Registration is $900.00 per participant. To facilitate conversation and confidentiality, each organization is limited to three (3) participants.
