2026 CEO Strategic Planning Meeting

Please join us for the EFC CEO Strategic Planning Meeting, scheduled for November 19-20, 2026 at Lago Mar Beach Resort & Club in Fort Lauderdale, FL. During this meeting, EFC Voting members are invited to evaluate EFC’s accomplishments and progress toward achieving strategic goals in 2026, identify priorities and strategic initiatives for 2027, and provide input to direct EFC’s strategic plan for 2027-2030. This is your opportunity to guide the future of the association as we plan out how to best serve you and the needs of your organization in the upcoming year and beyond.

The 2026 CEO Strategic Planning Meeting is scheduled to take place from 7:30 am. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19 (including breakfast and a reception/dinner), and from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, November 20. An agenda for this meeting will be circulated beforehand.

Attire is Business Casual.

Hotel Reservations

Hotel room reservations can be made directly with the Lago Mar Beach Resort & Club to ensure you receive the group room rate. Reservations must be made prior to the cutoff date of Monday, November 9, 2026.

In-room Wi-Fi is complimentary, and any hotel or resort fees, or other types of fees are waived. Once EFC’s room block is full, or after November 9, 2026, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis. Please only reserve the number of rooms that you will be using as cancelling rooms on or after the cut-off date prevents other members from receiving the EFC group rate and may lead to penalties for EFC. EFC’s room block dates apply from November 17-21, 2026.

Meeting Registration Cancellation, Refund, and Complaint Policy

All registration cancellations requests must be made in writing (e-mail is acceptable) to Kanishka Chauhan at kanishkac@efc.org. Full refunds will be provided for cancellation requests made on or before October 28, 2026. Requests made after October 28, 2026, but before November 13, 2026 will receive a 50 percent refund, and requests made on or after November 13, 2026 are not eligible for a refund even if the registrant does not attend the conference. There is no cancellation fee.
